Yoga starts on the Island

Iyengar Yoga classes will begin on New Holland Island, led by a coach from the oldest "yoga center" in the city! You can practice yoga out on the green lawn. Iyengar yoga is classical yoga with a therapeutic emphasis. The first two introductory classes are free and will be on the 2nd July (20:00) and July 3rd (11:00), further classes will cost 350 rubles.
