For all those joining us for our evening of Indian culture and yoga the program will begin at 19.00:

19:00-20:30 Children's master-class
'The discovery of India' for children from 4-14 years old- the class is lead by Masha Nebesnaya. Art and practical class. Children will learn about Indian mythology and make a doll of the many-armed God Shiva.
Admission is free.
19:00-23:00 Visitors to the island can sample Indian cuisine, buy come Indian souvenirs, ornaments and accessories (bracelets, anklets, earrings, rings, hairpins) and some essential oils.
19:00-20:30 Master-class on the Vedin kitchen
Participants of the master-class will learn all about the Vedin kitchen, receive advice on how to prepare dishes for a healthy lifestyle according to yoga dietary traditions and to the most ancient Indian medical system- the Ayurveda.

Maha Brinjal -thick sauce with aubergines
Tali hui paneer- roasted cheese with spices
Halva- halva with caramel, made with milk and served hot
Adrak tea- tea ginger and spices
19:30-22:30 Thai Massage
A ten-minute express session of Thai head and neck massage from Thai masseuses. Entrance is Free.

21:00-21:30 Dance master-class from teachers from the 'Centre of Indian culture' Participants of the dance class will learn the basic dance movements and understand the correct postures of the hands and feet- they will also learn how to repeat these simple gestures to music.

19:30-20:00 'Sari-world' master-class
The leader of the class will talk about the history of the sari and explain the distinctions between the decorations in the South and the North of India, showing examples including wedding saris. Participants will learn how to correctly fold and wear a sari and decorate it with accessories.

20:00-20:40 A dance performance from members of the 'Centre of Indian culture.'
Dancers will demonstrate classical Indian koochipudi dance wearing the appropriate Indian saris and ornaments. They will also dance a variety of Bollywood dances.
