RockBalls Outdoor Training with Rock the Cycle

Every Wednesday, 10 AM – 11 AM

RockBalls Outdoor (trainer – Andrey Kukharenko) is a series of training sessions designed to improve physical stamina and increase muscle strength. For each session, participants will be assigned new tasks and challenges, including elements from various disciplines: crossfit, gymnastics, athletics and stretching.

The sessions will take place on the lawn behind the Bottle House and may be cancelled in case of bad weather. Participants should bring their own exercise mat and suitable clothing and footwear. Admission fee: donation.
