Open Library

«Open Library» project is focused on reforming the library system adopted in our city. In the library you will find shelves full of hundreds of book, from classics to modern fiction, which you can borrow without having to fill out any forms. You can also participate in the bookcrossing system where you can take home any book you like as long as you replace it with another book of your own. A family book shop «Podpisnye izdania» will take care of replenishing the book shelves of the library throughout the summer.
