Dominic J Marshall Trio in Concert

After 10 years of classical piano studies, Dominic received a scholarship from Alan Hawkshaw, which offered him the possibility to study at Leeds College of Music. In 2010, his song Counting Pennies was played live on BBC Radio 3's Jazz Line-Up, and in the summer, Dominic won the prestigious LCM Piano Prize. Since then Dominic moved to Amsterdam and is working hard to improve his compositional talents by carefully exploring the traditions of jazz music. Currently, Marshall plays (and has already recorded an album) with the bassist Tobias Nijboer and the drummer Kaspars Kurdeko, who are part of the Dominic J Marshall Trio. They will perform on July 13 at 20:00 on the stage of New Holland.
