Food-design workshop: Feed the other & share secrets

Marije Vogelzang is a world renowned food designer, although she doesn’t consider herself as such. She prefers considering herself as the first “eating designer” in The Netherlands. Vogelzang has over ten years of experience with food projects and she has developed her own philosophy; her designs focus around the verb “to eat” and the artist is inspired by the origin of food and the preparation, etiquette, history and culture around it. For New Holland, Vogelzang will share her knowledge and food philosophy in a workshop open to the public using local ingredients and recipes issued from the Russian culinary tradition.
