Series of lectures "Immersion" - IKRa

In Ecoworking kicks off a series of lectures entitled Immersion, in which invited speakers will cover in more detail one component of everyday life.

The first lecture will discuss digital technology and how issues of safety and comfort within our informational society are particularly relevant and important. How to be most effective, how to preserve health, how to reach an optimal presence in the digital environment for yourself and your employees?

Our guest speaker will be Daria Mogilnikova, who oversees the strategy unit at Petersburg calf http://www.ikraikra.ru/spb, and runs her own company and a number of other projects, and also practices yoga and other spiritual practices.
