The Novoe Izdatelstvo publishing house presents a one-day non-academic conference on the theme of the Monkey in the cultural space — in film, music, literature, the visual arts, and the humanities — linguistics and anthropology. The conference is timed to mark 100 years since the publication of Vladislav Khodasevich’s The Monkey, and the release of Vsevolod Zel’chenko’s book about the poem.
