Ice Rink

New Holland Ice Rink is open from November 11 to March 10. It is located in place of the large lawn, occupies an area of more than 2000 m2 and works even in warm temperatures. The ticket office of the Ice Rink is located on the alley near House 12. There is a gallery around the Ice Rink with benches for changing shoes and storage lockers.

Concessions are offered to: school children, full-time students, pensioners, large families (upon presenting a document confirming the benefit). Electronic concession tickets must also be activate in the ticket office by presenting a document confirming the benefit. Admission is free for people with disabilities and World War II veterans if there are available tickets for the session.

Admission for children from 3 to 7 years is ₽50 provided they are accompanied by an adult with a ticket and skates who can provide a document confirming the age of the child. One adult can accompany only one child.  Children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the ice rink.

Skate rental is available during ice rink working hours. There is no security deposit. Available sizes: figure skates — 26–43, hockey skates — 25–48. Personal belongings can be left in the lockers. You can also sharpen your personal skates at the sharpening desk (9:30 am – 8:30 pm)


SPECIAL MUSIC SESSIONS

This year, we have recorded a special musical accompaniment for the Ice Rink, and the 8–9 pm sessions every day will have special musical themes — you can skate to classical music hits, famous film soundtracks, romantic songs of the Soviet pop music, fairy tale hymns of classical composers, Brazilian music of the ‘60s, California yacht-rock, retro-futuristic electronics and other bespoke musical selections.

TICKETS

Online tickets can be purchased with only with payment cards issued by a Russian bank. Online ticket interface is available in Russian language only. We recommend buying tickets in the tickets office.

RULES

  • Only visitors in skates are allowed on the ice field, children from 3 to 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket and skates. One adult can accompany only one child. Children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the ice rink.
  • Bringing food and drinks to the Ice Rink, as well as entering under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.
  • Bringing clubs and plying hockey is not allowed.
  • Please move counterclockwise and be considerate towards those who are less comfortable on ice skates.
  • Skating aids are offered free of charge, on a first-come first-served basis. Please do not seat on the Seal skating aid if you are older than 7.
  • Please stay at home if you have any symptoms of the disease. Keep a safe distance when buying tickets at the Ticket office and wear a mask in the rental and locker areas.

RETURNS

The return of unused tickets purchased at the ticket office is possible at the ticket office until the sale of tickets for the session it was purchased ends. A ticket is considered unused if it has not been scanned through the turnstiles at the entrance to the ice rink. 50 % of the ticket price is refunded to the visitor, other 50 % being operating costs for the administration.

Electronic ticket refund is possible no later than one hour before the session start time. 100 % of the ticket price is refunded to the visitor.

Refund for the ticket returned at the ticket office is made upon the presentation of a written statement by the visitor. Cashless payments are transferred within 30 days of the acceptance of the written statement from the visitor. To return an electronic ticket, please write to ice@newhollandsp.com

Skate rental and additional services are not included in the ticket price.
