Due to the update of the St. Petersburg Government’s decree regarding the rules and regulations for outdoor events (changes from 13.06.2021 to Government Decree No. 121 from 13.03.2020), all previously planned Summer Theatre in the Bottle House events are cancelled.
We hope that the situation will change soon and we will be able to resume our programme of events this summer.
The Bottle House Courtyard and Buffet by Oggi are also closed to the public.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND ON TICKETS PURCHASED FOR EVENTS?
TICKETS PURCHASED AT NEWHOLLANDSP.COM
Money for e-tickets will be refunded automatically within 30 days, no additional requests for refunds are required. The full price of the ticket will be refunded to the customer, service charge will not be refunded. If the funds have not been returned within the designated period, please send an application to email@example.com.
TICKETS PURCHASED AT THE NEW HOLLAND ISLAND INFOCENTER
If you have purchased a ticket for an event at the Island’s Infocenter by cash or by bank card payment, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- a scan of the signed refund application
- a scan of the ticket
- a scan of the receipt
- a scan of your ID
- a scan of signed personal data processing agreement
After receiving the application you will be contacted by the Island’s employees within 3 work days.
To receive a refund you will need to come to the Island’s Inforcenter on the agreed date. Money will be refunded in the form of the original payment:
- if you paid in cash, the refund is made in cash
- in case of payment by a bank card, the money will be returned to the same card that was used for payment
The refund time depends on the rules set by the payment system, and may take up to 10 business days.
